We pride ourselves on finding the best possible fit for our team member’s abilities by consistently recruiting individuals with strong skills, but more importantly the attitude and behaviors necessary for success!

A wife, mother of three daughters, and owner of multiple businesses including Lazy Dog Pizza Co. and Vital Tech Solutions. As an LPN with a passion for entrepreneurship, she has focused her attention on building companies that make a difference. Lisa's management style is focused on leading by example, building relationships, and empowering the team members to achieve their vision for new pathways.

A nurse by trade, and an entrepreneur at heart, Chuck’s vision has carried companies in industries as varied as healthcare staffing, telehealth, and even the food service industry. His commitment to excellence is evident at Vital Tech Solutions, and he is proud to surround himself with the best leadership possible. When not working, Chuck loves spending time with his lovely wife and 3 girls.

Melissa is the Recruiting Manager and has a strong background in IT and Engineering Recruiting along with Account Management experience developing and executing recruiting / business plans within both agency and in-house settings and has been in the industry since 2009. Melissa has been successful in managing all phases of full-cycle recruiting, from initial sourcing and screening through offer negotiations, placement, and onboarding. Outside of work, Melissa is active in the community with Rotary and coaching soccer and basketball.

Adam joined Vital Tech Solutions in September 2022 as a Senior Technical Recruiter. After leaving active- duty service in the U.S. Army, he began a career in the Talent Acquisition industry in 2017. Adam possesses a strong background in full life-cycle Engineering, IT and Professional recruiting coupled with strong client/account management experience with several Fortune 100 companies. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children.

Her attention to detail and results driven attitude helps to support the team in providing the very best customer care. In her spare time she enjoys being with her husband and their 3 children and during the summer you will usually find her camping or out on the lake with friends.
